Question about Norcent Technologies LT-2723 Television
I saw your post here and i recently received a lt-3723, i agree with you that the issue is not the power board, as i have done some testing and replaced some caps that looked suspect when i first starting working on the unit, from what i can test and tell it has all the proper voltage (similar to the 2722 schematic i found), since you seem to be knowledgeable on these units i wanted to ask if you thought the chip could be removed or atleast the pins/solder joints reset with a hot air pencil or some other hot air device,
or maybe you might have a good working controller from one of the ten you have, thanks for reading,
