Use AVAST free online scanner. Start the system in safe mode (hit F8 continuously as the system powers up, choose safe mode with networking)
When in safe mode go to http://onlinescan.avast.com/
and scan. After the scan download their free AV program.

You might have some viruses and malware.

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:
http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=5756
When Installing choose the non-pro version.

Download, Unzip, Install and Run TDSSKiller:

If you have an outdated Anti-virus program then Download, Install and Run Avira Anti-Virus:
http://majorgeeks.com/Avira_AntiVir_Personal_-_FREE_Antivirus_d955.html
Make sure to select ALL of the "threat categories" when you install or configure Avira...

You should be in pretty good shape if you run and install all of these programs.

This message appears on the screen after the ASUS screen. Then nothing. Help

In Most cases if a screen can display and shows signs that your laptop was loading then shows nothing later many times your windows may be corrupt or damaged so you will need to re-install windows on your laptop....i would recommend windows xp 2 and just after installing please try installing an anti virus immediately before any other program is added and don't forget to update the anti virus first. Please also give more information on what kind of message appears before the screen goes blank.

My window xp has a virus & i had 2 anti virus scanner the AVG & TREATSFIRE..avg is not workin anymore but the treatsfire which i download yesterday is workin, he kill the virus and quarantine

I would firstly recommend sticking to the well known antivirus programs. Many of the free ones off the net are viruses themselves. I would suggest trying to boot into XP's safe mode and seeing if you can uninstall your latest antivirus program.

My pc refuse to install anti virus

The AI prevents your Anti Virus(AV) from installing. The Anti Virus requires that you uninstall the AI before you can install your AV. Have you tried installing other Anti Virus software rather than what you have?

What the AI in your system anyway?

Help me..whats going on with windows xp home edition

When installing a new operating system, all file saved will be deleted. Since you've lost all data, you might as well format the entire drive, and then reinstall the vista inspirat thing. Then, download an Avast! anti virus form avast.com. Download the home version, which is free and scan the computer for any viruses. Delete every last one of the suckers.
