You have a problem in the de-frost system. Could be a timer, very common, heat element, very common. Look on line or your owner manual and see what that code is telling you. The average person can not make this repair. Hope it is under warranty.
I'm say I'm working hvac and I'm say something dumb unplugged fridge and wait 1hour if it doesn't work take blow dryer to it may have crushed ice stuck freezer burn u gotta stop over filling the fridge
There is ice build-up behind the plastic casing. If this is not removed it will get worse, If you are pretty handy you can remove the white casing at the back of the fridge and remove the excess ice. If not turn off fridge and let it defrost completely. The alternative is to call Samsung if still in warrantee, if not in warrantee they will charge you to compete this and it will not be cheap!!
The ice builds up in the freezer compartment because the defrost cycle is not working. Check the timer , the defrost elements the defrost thermodise. God Bless.
Frost free fidges are supposed to stay frost free because the automatically defrost regularly. When they do this they may drain water down to the bottom of your fridge. Look for a tray that catches this water underneath the unit. Make sure yo keep it emptied. If you live in a very warm climate you may be getting a lot of humidity inside. There may be a switch that you can change for lower moisture.
Hold down the "ice type" and "child lock" buttons (bottom button on the left and the right) together for about three seconds. The light will change back to green.
