Sir my gk 060012\k wireless keyboard its not working properly numers and letters are not working can you help me to solve this problem?

Looks as if you have activated the FN-F8 on the keyboard, following letters won't work if you do: mjkluio789
If not, try a can of compressed air, and clean the keyboard ;)

driver is not installed properly
open your keyboard and check it has been stuck
just hw problem

Replace the batteries. If this doesn't solve the problem, check to see if it is within the warranty period to replace the product.

Have you downloaded the proper keyboard setup application from Microsoft's site? It is at http://www.microsoft.com/hardware and you will find the software for their keyboards and mice there.
Look for "Intellitype Pro" with numerics which specify the version and/or date.

You should have gotten this on a CD with the keyboard.

simply when caps lock key is engaged all you type is always printed in capital letters.in num lock without you can not use numeric keys that are located on right side of your keypad.uyou can always use your numeric keys which are up to ur alphabeticl keys.

Please make sure that the wireless sensor is working properly, and there shud not be any kind of disruption in the signals between laptop and keyboard.

check that youhave installed the keyboard correctly , for that to do first press the receiver signal button then press the button on the keyboard which will be connect.....

please note my other key board is working (non wireless)

i have the same problem with letter m before and now comma has the problem!
