Question about Canon BubbleJet i9950 InkJet Photo Printer
Hi, my i9950 is not feeding correctly - every sheet is being pulled to the right when the feed starts leadingt o crumpled paper on one side ( and sometimes the head hits the crumples!) it seems like a roller problem, maybe that one is pulling with more force than another. I have tried the roller cleaning and it's no help at all. thanks for any help!
If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6.
If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.
