Question about Cosco Alpha Omega Elite 5-Point 22-155
We washed the cover and harness (don't ask!) but the harness is folded over in many places and not straight. We kept using it and now it more resembles a cord than a strap. Where can I get new straps?
You can call the manufacturer, Dorel Juvenile Group, at (800) 219-0509, and they will advise you what to do. A carseat with twisted straps is not safe, especiallyif they involve the harness.
Make sure you also check www.carseat.org/recalls to see if your AOE is one of the ones recalled for harness issues; if so, the Dorel Juvenile Group will send you a free repair kit.
