Question about Televison & Video
The first step you need to do is to manually clean the lens of the player to do this you need to open the cover of your player. You will see the mechanism of the player and the lens is place at the center of it.Use a cotton buds dip into a little amount of quick drying alcohol and wipe the lens gently..repeat it 2 or 3 times.next step, you can also try to adjust the lens focus there are two adjustable pot under the lens just at the base of the lens using a plastic jewelry screw carefully adjust the lens clockwise or counter clockwise gradually in a very little amount of adjust untill you get the lens read the dvd disk.test the DVD after every little adjust of the pot.
Note! there are 2 adjustable pot there 1 is for the CD disk the 2nd is for the DVD.The last we can do is to replace the lens with a new one you can order a replacement in an electronics shop/supply just bring with you the sample or the part no.it is printed on the lens..thanks and good luck!shoul you have any questions pls post a comment.
