Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The coils in the. Back of the freezer keep freezing up! I use a hair dryer to thaw...freezes up again...what is wrong

The problem could be in the draining of defrosted ice. The drain may be clogged thus allowing water to back up. Next I would check the fan and make sure it is running. The last thing if that doesn't help is get a refrig specialist to check out evaporator and compressor. Now consider this, if it is much older than 10-12 years old , you may want to replace it. His sometimes is the beginning of the end.

My phone is blocking me requesting a puk code which i do not know

what i would do is get a new phone there are other solutions but that can muck up your phone. so go to your local network store and ask them for the same but new phone and just get them check your sim card they will erase all of the bad things on it and put in in your new phone or your can just do the same but keep the same phome. btw i would strongly reccomned the nokia 5800 great phone

My phone worked fine the the other day and now it recently just turned off and now i cannot get the phone back on can any1 tell me whats wrong with it?

Hi,
There can be many causes for the phone not getting started. One cause can be moisture getting inside the phone due to temperature changes? for this you can keep the phone unused in dry and moderate conditions for 24hrs and trying it to switch On. If this does not help. Try leaving the phone in charge for 12hrs and try to switch ON. If your phone is still in warranty i would recommend you to take to service center as the first step. let me know if you need more help in this.
Thanks
Sweet Rascal

Not reciving texts, freezes, keep getting egg

you may have a lot of programs running in the background, which jams the phone up and slows it down horribly. you may want to back your phone up on the blackberry desktop program and then go into security option after all is backed up... then wipe handheld, this will restore all the functions back to its original status like when you first bought it. then reconnect it to BB desktop and recover and sync it again and all should be ok.

This is a known software/firmware bug for the earlier versions. You should contact Verizon, explain the problem and request a software update under warranty. They might even swap phones to fix it ...

Iphone Freeze

My iphone froze up today, it just gave me a half lit screen and I couldn't even turn it off, nothing would work.  I held the home button and power off button at the same time for several seconds and this seemed to make it worse.  I did the same thing again, and it restarted the phone.  Nothing lost except for 3/4 of the battery life for some strange reason.  All is good, my phone is back!
