That Photosmart error tells you that your ink system has failed in some way. With so little information all I can suggest is that you check to see if your ink cartridges are empty. Disconnect the USB cable, and then pull the ink cartridges out. If they're the clear type you can see the ink levels. Unplug the machine for a couple of minutes. Plug it back in, replace the cartridges and see if the error is gone. Hopefully you can now print again...
