I have a Dell XPS M1330 with integrated webcam. Suddenly the webcam cannot be opened by Windows Live Messenger, have tried uninstalling windows messenger and re-installing and didn't work. and a cat keeps caming up

Try reinstalling the webcam driver. To do so: click
Start Menu> All Programs> Acer erecovery management> Restore> Reinstall Application & Drivers> Select the appropriate Webcam (Sukiya, Chicony etc) and install it
