Dear Sirs!

I have a problem with the remote control from the SONY MZ-R3 MiniDisc Walkman. The Headphones work, but the integrated Remote Control (Model RM-MZR2MP) doesn´t. The Hold-button is not activated and i can press any button, but no respond. Can you help me?

I had one of these devices, and I found that I had to REALLY push in hard the small connector for the remote / headphones.

It has to push in to be completely flat against the case of the device for it to work.

If this is not the case, you need to return it to the manufacturer, for a replacement / refund.
