Question about Televison & Video
Genrally universal remotes "the cheap ones" do not like combo units and I will say this because I have experience in the field and know the limits of the universal IR code base.
In order for this to work using a universal remote that I have found is finding one that has a code for your combo, or getting the orginal remote back www.remotes.com is a fine source for doing just that. You can get the orginal factory remote or a compatable remote for this TV gaurenteed to work or your cash back is there promise.
investigate witch remote is right for your needs, I have seen more advanced ones like logitech harmony remotes, up to the less money ones, let me say this to you with no offense given "you get what you pay for". Simple as that, if the code was for your combo and it does not work then the TV reciever is not working or the universal remote is not compatable.
Let me know ether way. otherwise please do click the accpet button for my efforts.
