Evidently the detergent cup is opening? Here are some of the possible causes; 1. Low on water (fill the machine, let it start and see if the unit has enough water). Sometimes the screen on the fill valve get partially clogged and slows the flow and when the timer engages and therefore enough water was not installed. 2. Defective fill valve (partially sticking valve sometimes will not let a unit get the proper amount of water before the unit starts and therefore the powder in not dissolved). (3)Any detergent will generally dissolve when contacted with water, unless is has had previous contact with water or is old....
