Question about Adobe Photoshop CS2 for PC
Install Service pack2 and try again

The problem is actually due to an issue with your registry. The problem is, messing with the registry can cause serious issues with your computer if done incorrectly.
This is what I suggest:
Use a registry fixing program like the one listed here: http://www.filedudes.com/Free_Registry_Care-download-45084.html
If it doesn't work, I can give you the solution to manually fix it via the registry, But, we'll use that as a last resort.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
