I may have the solution. In my old cord box I found a TV cord, they used to call them "cheater cords" and were used to power up older TV's when they took the back panel off.

The prongs line up perfectly. However, I had to shave down the "ears" or extra plastic around them to get them to fit into the opening. I am on a qwest to find the real thing, but until then this TV cord is working fine.

Radio Shack has a cord that LOOKS perfect, however it is slightly off and won't fit.

Good luck, everyone!

I have a Salton Hotray food warmer, Model H-132, Series J, 475 watts, that needs a replacement power cord. Any ideas where I can get one?

Try to find an old TV "cheater cord" from that era. It works perfectly AFTER you shave down the plastic "ears" on either side of the prongs.
