Going way back into my memory bank here. You have listed 2 possibilities. The other 2 from that era are C 0 0 C and C, interupt, 0, interupt
One of these 2 should work.

H4 error 00

Error code is for heat-roller which has an abnormally low temperature
the fusing unit on that machine could be dirty and the thermistor and thermostat could need cleaning to remove the paper dust ash build-up,
OR
the fusing unit`s halogen bulb needs replacing which is rarely the case

OR
and most likely scenario is that because of a power fluctuation it enters into that error as a sort of safe-mode

the error needs to be reset by a technician such as myself which is familiar with Sharp copier CROP system , a CROP 14 should clear the error

if it was a power fluctuation the error should go away, if not
take it to a technician (qualified preferebly)

Need to reset key operator code on Sharp AR-287

Make sure the copier is in "copy" mode.
To get into service mode press the following keys one after the other "P" key - "interupt" key - "clear" key - "interupt" key (do not play around with setting in service mode as this can render your copier useless)
enter 22 and press "start" enter "7" and press start. This should display the admin code.
Restart the copier and you should be good to go.

Sharp copier al 1600

Means low heat roller temperature - the heat roller is a part of the fuser unit, which fixes the toner to the page so it doesn't rub off. This can usually be solved by switching off at the mains for 30 seconds. If this doesn't work try using a "crop code". Put the machine in copy mode. Press # * C * (or # * Interrupt * on some machines) in quick succession. The display should change or go blank. Type in 14, then press start. If it asks are you sure, choose yes. The machine should then restart. If not, switch off and on again. This should clear the fault. If this still doesn't work you may need to replace the fuser.

H-3 error code in a Sharp ARC260m

The analog Sharp copiers used the crop code (clear, repeat, zero, pause).  Once the digital models came out the rules changed.  Sim 14 was for the analog copiers as well.
A good resource to get the answers you need is copytechnet.com.  They have Sharp copier technicians on there who can help you with the problem.  Unfortunately I only work on the low end Sharp models (for their product line).  The service codes are different on that machine. Copytechnet is a free service and they only deal with copiers.

Service Mode On Sharp SF2530

A little rusty on this machine, but try this.

This code means you have had to many paper jams in the fuser without removal. Make sure all is clear in the fuser and exit sections.

Then on the control panel you will press a series of buttons as follows.

Press the Clear, Press interrupt, Press Zero, Press interrupt, Enter # 14, Press start, That should reset the machine...

Hope that helps...

Cant enter simulation in sharp ar m207

Is that the right sequence for your model? The Sharp copiers I used to work on used either "CROP" (Clear, Reset, '0', Print) or "CPOP" (Clear, Print, '0', Print). I believe Reset and Interrupt is the same key.
