Question about Epic Overstock T60 Treadmill Treadmills
First thing is to get yourself an appliance load tested that can measure amperage draw from a power outlet. plug the tester into the outlet and the treadmill into the tester and verify you are set for amps. at 3mph without being on the treadmill you should see around 2.5 to 3 amps of power draw. If you are seeing much higher than this then the motor may have a dead short which is causing the motor control board to overheat and shutoff - if this is happening within a couple minutes you may be pulling 3 times the amps it is supposed to. to remedy that you would need a new drive motor as the motor is what causes the shutdowns and overheating
