Question about Samsung HZ10W / WB500 Digital Camera
What might have happned is when you dropped your camera the autofocus mechanism inside got busted, These are very delicate and cannot take drops that well, picture this as dropping a glass bottle on the ground 90 percent of the time it shatters correct?
So does the iris inside these cameras and so does the auto focus mechanism that tells the iris basically whats going on.
Steps you can take
1. Take the battery fully out then put the battery back in and turn it on if the iris is logged it will dislodge and work again. If its busted well then this step will not work then you need to go to step 2.
2. Take it to a local shop
