Ouch, this is a sucky situation. The DS is actually a pretty durable handheld (most of them are) so the drop PROBABLY didn't hurt it any. However, milk is actually a very viscous liquid, and if it got inside your system, it might have caused a short somewhere. Your best bet is the contact nintendo and ask them to repair it.
