No sound through usb cable (by 2 users)

Hi. When i play back a recording through usb to my computer i cant get sound, the picture is ok and the imagemixer cd that came with the handycam is installed correctly. Paul

I have the same problem, I copy over with ImageMixer and I have no sound, can someone help?
