It depends on your brand of computer. Every brand has its own factory reset, but generally, if you have a recovery disc (Operating System Disc), insert it. Then shut down the unit. Turn it on and press F12 repeatedly. Boot device menu appears, select CD/DVD ROM. Then press any key to boot from CD. Then select English, and then select Partition 0 so that it will install the fresh copy of the software....
