I have a HP compaq 6735s. A couple of months ago it began to cut out whilst using it either without the adaptor or with. It would cut out frequently, but sometimes it would stay on a while say an hour but then cut out. I technician looked at the laptop and advised that I replaced the battery which I did and they also cleaned my fans and suggested not to rest it on my lap to but it on a laptop cushion or table. For a while the computer seemed ok but recently the error has recurred and it cuts out again. Please help, its driving me mad!

Unplug your computer, remove the battery and hold down the start button for 60 seconds. Plug it back in and try to restart. If this works, turn it off again and reinstall the battery.

If this fails, you may have a motherboard issue.

Remove the main battery and run the ac adapter only, if everything works fine the battery will need to be replaced, if the computer continues to shutdown the problem is most likely a bad cooling fan or it needs to be taken apart and given a good cleaning.

I believe that's the correct software for the webcam.

You may have a problem with your battery. If it is an old computer I suggest buying a new battery.

Have you tried another power cord? If you try another power cord, and it still does the same thing, then I think your laptop is having a power problem. You need to take is to a technician to fix the problem for you.

If you use it from the power cable does it work better? There is a known issue with the 6735s and power management settings from battery.

I dont belive it is air that is cousing your problem. Think it is more an electrical isue. I have had some problems with relay module (engine bay, near engine computer). And check fuel lift pump.

Everything seems good, the only thing is how much HD space you have.
My computer>Roll over your mouse above the C drive and you will see how much is free out of your 160gb space.

I suggest you get it checked out by the supplier undr warranty. Do not try to fix anything yourself because it most likely void your warranty.
