Facebook on old iPads with iOS 5.1.1:
It is possible, a bit tricky, but possible. First, you'll need to download the Facebook app through iTunes on your computer, this will make it show up as "purchased" in your library.
After that, open up the App Store on your iPhone and go to the 'purchased' tab. When you try to install it this way it will tell you that you need iOS 6 or higher, but will also ask if you would like to download an older version of the app. then click on download.
- again step by step:
1) Open up iTunes on your computer
2) Go to Store (left hand column) ->iTunes Store
3) Search for Facebook; - download the app
4) then open App Store on your iPhone
5) Click on 'Purchased'
- you will have to install Facebook by clicking on it as usual.
App Store will ask you: "Download an older version of this app. The current version requires iOS 6.0 or later, but you can download the last compatible version.",
- then click on Download and it should finally work.

If your wireless printer is an HP, HP has an app called "HP ePrint" on the iTunes App store. I have used it with good success.

You can't download it. It is the equivalent of iTunes on android devices

Start by installing iTunes on your computer.
Then create an Apple Account through iTunes.
See Store in top menu.
You will need an Email Address and Credit Card.
iTunes is your interface to buying Apps, Songs etc
as well as Backing Up & Recovering your iDevice Apps & Software. As well as installing updates e.g. the New IOS8

Skype WiFi is available for download in the iTunes store.

This app requires iOS 5.0 or later. It is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch and is also optimized for use on the iPhone 5.

You will need to create a Skype Name and password to use the app.

You will either need to have an active iTunes account associated with your PC, or you can download the app through the App store on your device.

The only way you can install apps onto your iPad is though the apple app store. There should be an icon directly on your iPad that can take you there. It is an icon just saying "app store".

If you have iTunes on your computer, you can also access the app store through there, download the apps to your computer and then sync the iPad to iTunes on your computer. I hope this helps :)

You need to download an App for it from the itunes Store. The best ones for printing are PrintCentral http://itunes.apple.com/au/app/printcentral-for-ipad/id366020849?mt=8

But keep in mind that printing is still not great for iPad even with these Apps (please read the reviews before you buy), and the next version of iPads apparently will have printing capabilities.
