Question about Samsung Heating & Cooling
When the unit is on, go on the back side of the wall where the unit is
mounted. If this is a split system find the condensate hose and make sure it is not plugged and is draining.
If this is a window unit again go in the backside of the wall and see if it
is dripping there. If it is not, take the unit out of the wall, remove the top
and wash underneath the coils. Install the unit so it slants to the back.
