best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I've had better luck with Firefox as a browser, instead of Internet Explorer. You might download Firefox, which is free, and give it a try.
If it stops the trouble you know that the browser was the problem, and
if the trouble continues you know that it's the computer, probably the Windows 8 operating system, that's giving you a problem.

Make sure Wireless Zero Config is running.
Try to uninstall the wireless assitant software that came with the laptop (NOT THE WIRELESS CARD DRIVERS!!) and use the built in windows wireless assistant. (Usuelly does the job untill you deside someday to format your computer.)

Try logging in on a different computer, and if this is not possible, then your account may have been deleted. To attempt to resolve this issue you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "help". this button should be at the very bottom left hand side of the page. Once the next page appears, view the possible problems and follow the directions. Any further problems send me a message back so that i can finish helping you with this problem.

I have windows vista and internet explorer keeps freezing

The problem is more than likely with Internet Explorer itself, not your computer. If you press Ctrl+Alt+Del, you can start the task manager, which will allow you to close IE without rebooting your entire computer. There's also no need to reformat your hard drive. You can try updating IE to see if that helps, or try using another browser (like Firefox, for example).
