Its imnply cannot find a drive to boot from.
re-check ALL drive cables and pay attention to the orietation of the connectors as they are keyed to only go one way
O NOT force any of them
also double check any power connectors and this should get you going again
Also double check that drives are not disabled in the BIOS
If you can see a drive in the BIOS you should be good.
Pay attention also to any jumpers on drives.
You cannot have twi drives as maser on the same cable if its an IDE type connection
