Dcr-hc19e & picture package menu & macromedia flash... (by 3 users)

help - got a sony handycam at christmas (dcr-hc19e) - have loaded on the relevant software that came with it but every time i try and open the picture package menu my computer brings up the message 'to run this application you need to install macromedia flash player first' - have tried to upload different versions of adobe flash whatzit but still doesn't work. these camcorders should come with a flippin warning saying - film as much as u like but u wont ever get it onto dvd. bring back the tape vide recorders anytime!
I bought sony Handycam DCR-HC32 product and when ever i try to open the picture package i recieve a message telling me that i'll have to install macromedia player and i've downloaded more than ten different adobe flash macromedia players and its still giving me same message. I really need help from sony. try and give us some genuine softwares sony.
I had the same problem (picture package didn't open and got a message about needing to install macromedia) for some time and finally fixed. Solution was update picture package menu (http://www.ppackage.com/e/index.html) and turn off the Popup blocker while performing the update. It works fine now...
