    Dryer is an Ipso gas ADG75D
    Serial No 37415GD

    Needing to set the purge to 10 Seconds unable to find out how by the keypad
    as instructions I have are for a different keypad with keys not represented by this one.

DTC P2176 Minimum Throttle Position Not Learned
Circuit Description
The commanded throttle position is compared to the actual throttle position based on accelerator pedal position and possibly other limiting factors. Both values should be within a calibrated range of each other. The engine control module (ECM) continuously monitors the commanded and actual throttle positions. This DTC sets if the values are greater than the calibrated range.
DTC P1682 Ignition 1 Switch Circuit 2
The ignition 1 voltage circuit supplied by the powertrain ignition 1 relay is used to power the electronic throttle control (ETC) circuitry internal to the engine control module (ECM). The second ignition 1 voltage circuit is supplied by the ignition switch through the ECM 1 fuse, and is used to power the remaining internal ECM circuits. If the ECM detects a voltage difference between the two ignition 1 voltage circuits, DTC P1682 will set.
DTC P0443 Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Purge Solenoid Control Circuit
An ignition voltage is supplied directly to the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge solenoid valve. The EVAP canister purge solenoid valve is pulse width modulated (PWM). The scan tool displays the amount of ON time as a percentage. The control module monitors the status of the driver. The control module controls the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve ON time by grounding the control circuit via an internal switch called a driver. If the control module detects an incorrect voltage for the commanded state of the driver, this DTC sets.
You have electrical problems of some kind , with out doing some testing with a scan tool an volt meter .Hard to say ! could even be the PCM shorting out after getting hot ! I have seen this happen a few times before !

When the service engine soon light (Also called the check engine light or engine management light) is turned on this is to alert you to the fact that Powertrain Control Module (computer) has detected a failure somewhere in the systems it controls you may not feel any difference in the way the engine runs, this can be the transmission or the engine or emission system, there are fault codes set in the modules memory for these faults. What needs to happen now is to have the powertrain control module scanned with a special tool called an OBD2 electronic engine control scanner or a OBD2 code reader. Once the code(s) are read then you must perform the diagnostics for each code and make the appropriate repairs based on the findings of the diagnosis that was performed, this is called doing "Pinpoint" testing.

Fault codes do not have a single reason for being set, there are multiple reasons. here is the info you need to know about this code.
P1447 - Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Flow Monitor
Possible causes- EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve stuck closed
- EVAP control system pressure sensor and the circuit
- Loose, disconnected or improper connection of rubber tube
- Blocked rubber tube
- Cracked EVAP canister
- EVAP canister purge volume control solenoid valve circuit
- Closed throttle position switch
- Blocked purge port
- Closed throttle position switch

The engine light wont turn off so I was told it was an evap leak but I dont know where to find it

Large Leak Test
This tests for large leaks and blockages in the EVAP system. The control module will command the EVAP vent solenoid ON, closed, and command the EVAP purge solenoid ON, open, with the engine running, allowing engine vacuum into the EVAP system. The control module monitors the fuel tank pressure (FTP) sensor voltage to verify that the system is able to reach a predetermined level of vacuum within a set amount of time. The control module then commands the EVAP purge solenoid OFF, closed, sealing the system and monitors the vacuum level for decay. If the control module does not detect that the predetermined vacuum level was achieved, or the vacuum decay rate is more than a calibrated level on 2 consecutive tests, a DTC P0440 will set.

Purge Solenoid Leak Test
If the EVAP purge solenoid does not seal properly, fuel vapors could enter the engine at an undesired time, causing driveability concerns. The control module tests for this by commanding the EVAP purge solenoid OFF, closed; and vent solenoid ON, closed; sealing the system, and monitoring the FTP for an increase in vacuum. If the control module detects that EVAP system vacuum increases above a calibrated value, DTC P1441 will set.

Small Leak Test
If the large leak test passes, the control module will test for small leaks by continuing to monitor the FTP sensor for a change in voltage over a period of time. If the decay rate is more than a calibrated value, the control module will rerun the test. If the test fails again, a DTC P0442 will set.

My 8 yr old Goodman heater will ignite for 10-20 seconds then cut off, and then attempt over and over. Leaving our 2 bdrm condo cold. It did this last year, and all we had to do was change the filter. I...


Sounds like a flame sensor issue. It may just need to be cleaned. It is located either far right or far left in the burner box and has only one wire going to it. It will be in the flame of the last burner. If the flame can't get to it in a very short time the computer shuts the burner down. Make sure all burners are clean. You can use a can of air if you are careful near the igniter, it is very delicate. Here are some other ideas.
On a call for heat, the 24 volt thermostat sends a signal to the control module. The control module will indicate a call for heat with a light on the control either blinking or remain solid depending upon model. The inducer (exhaust) blower will purge all gasses from the furnace and pressurize a pressure switch. Once the pressure switch tells the module to continue, the electronic ignition will energize and send 120 volts to the igniter. The igniter will glow and you will be able to see it if viewed thru the small inspection port. Once the igniter gets hot enough, it sends a signal to the module opening up the gas valve (24 volts). Either a pilot will come on or the burner tube will ignite then spread the flame to all burners. Lastly a safety sensor will be looking for a certain temperature within a few seconds and the furnace will continue to operate and the room air blower will turn on in a minute or two.

What could go wrong? The unit will not run if there is no signal from the thermostat (bad thermostat or broken wire), the control module does not sense a signal from the thermostat (bad control), the inducer does not energize (bad motor), the pressure switch does not close (blocked vent piping, bad switch, plugged condensate hose), the igniter does not energize (bad control, bad igniter), the gas valve does not open or there is no gas (bad gas valve, broken wire, no gas), the pilot does not light (dirty pilot), the burner does not light (bad burner, plugged orifice, not enough combustion air), the flame does not spread to each burner (bad flame spreader, dirty flame spreader, more bad burners), the flame safety sensor does not detect flame (dirty or bad flame spreader, bad flame sensor, broken wire, bad control), or the room air blower does not energize (bad fan motor, bad control).
