Question about Daewoo Televison & Video
Hi, this is a common problem what happens is over time parts ware and then this causes the tray to stay in closed possition now the only chance you have of fixing this is by using a thin knife or flat bladed screw driver and then when you press open try prying the tray out whilst its trying to open.
it may take a couple of goes but you should then get it open.
once its open it should then be ok and keep working, how ever this is not a long term fix and it will stick again in the future but for now it should get working for you.
the problem with trying to fix it is that the parts you need to replace and the labour involved would cost more than it would to buy a new player so if it keeps hapening then it may be a case of getting a new dvd player.
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
