Hi,

Thanks for using Fixya.
Check for any pending documents.
When you connect your printer, an icon will pop in the try (at the bottom of the screen where the clock is located). Click on it and see if there are any documents in the list. If yes then cancel them all. Now restart your computer and then again give a print command.

If there were no pending pending documents then try to re-install the printer's software.
This will solve your problem.
Good luck and have a nice day.

I cannot print after install the driver

After installing the printer driver did you do a test print?
If it did not do a test print then either the wrong printer driver was installed or the printer cable is not connected properly or the ink cartridges was not installed properly. New ink cartridges need to have the air hole protection stickers removed.

How to load a MP130 cartridge?

  • 1 Turn on the printer and check the LCD screen for an indication of which ink cartridges are low. Note that recycled ink cartridges sometimes read "Ink low" even when they still have ink, so print a test page if you're not sure.
  • 2 Expose the ink tray by lifting the entire LCD control panel, which is attached to the underside of the copier tray.
  • 3 Pull out the used ink cartridge by pulling straight up from the print head,

  • 4, insert the new cartridge into the print head and push down until you feel a click. Close the printer lid and let the printer reset the ink tray.
  • 5 Print a test page to make sure the new ink works. If it doesn't, you may have forgotten to remove the protective tab under the cartridge.

    Ink cartridge replacements.

Normal 0 Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Make sure the printer settings are set properly to print in color on the PC. Even if there is a color cartridge, if the PC only tells it to print black ink it's not going to use the color cartridge.
