If you go to and then select "Our Range" it goves a list of all prams etc. FInd your model and tucked away at the bottom of the page is a downloadable PDF files with hopefully all you need to know about your push chair.

Broken handle joint - linear freeway.

I had the same problem, I phoned Silvercross and moaned about it - they arranged a courier to pick it up, fixed it and delivered it FREE OF CHARGE!!

One of the prongs on the harness for my silver cross 3d pushchair has broken off. It is attached to the frame. Can I get a replacement?

i hope by now u have solved this but here is how to do it anyway may come in handy with ya next, take d hood off and put it back on back to front now lie seat all the way back then place the liner in and put apron on done .
