Question about Minolta DiALTA Di250 All-In-One Laser Printer
Yes you can order the parts. I know exactly what happened. I sure this is on the lower most tray also called the LCT or large capacity tray. There is a defect in these trays where a plastic arm that holds the feed rollers warps and does not hold the feed rollers high enough so when the tray is opened/closed it hits the tires and snaps it off. The problem is that you have to pull the whole paper feed assembly out of the tray to replace the parts. This is not an easy process and certainly more than I could try and type here. The easier way if you have the manpower is to remove the latch plates and the 4 corners of the lower tray "cabinet", disconnect the wiring that is behind the center plate on the back side and have a couple guys lift the machine up off of the paper feed cabinet.
Then you will be able to see the feed parts.
Precisionroller.com has parts with pictures that hopefully you can match up with what you need.
Hope this helps.
