Power supply board have those parts call capacitors are dying,have leakages gases capacitors parts.Take the tv aparts.The power supply board,that the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.U know basic electronic,have all the tools?know basic soldering?Searches the power supply board for those dying capacitors,that have leakages of gases going to dead capacitors.These dying capacitors on the power supply board alway bulges up on it tops or puffing up on it tops.These dying capacitors,must be replaced.The tv power will power up as normal and faster.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.
