I am not receiving any e-mails. When I click on the InBox Icon nothing happens. y e-mail address blinks on the screen and than goes blank. JoeHenderson

If you use outlook express or any other email clients then check email account settings.Pop3 and smtp server name and address. You can get both from email service provider then reconfigure email account then it will work fine. Also make sure that windows firewall or antivirus firewall doesn't block emails. If you use web based email service then add that web sites in trusted zone in internet explorer then check. Let me know if you need further assistance. Thanks for using FixYa.

Which email account ?
If you currently have an e-mail address or you're thinking about getting one, you need to know how to access your account to check your messages.

Open a new browser and go to your e-mail provider's website.
To ensure that you navigate to the proper site, type your e-mail provider's URL (or website address) into the address bar at the top of the page.

Locate the "Mail" icon on the homepage.
Click on that mail icon and you will be directed to the appropriate sign-in page to access your e-mail inbox.

Provide your correct login details.
You will need to type your username/ID and password into the appropriate boxes and click the button that says "Sign In."

Click on the link that says "Inbox."
Once you click on the inbox link, you will have access to all of your messages, both old and new e-mails.

The unread mail is usually in bold, which makes it easier to identify your new messages.

Not able to receive or send emails. No place on Screen for it!


Hi,
Check your Junk folder
1. Sign in to Outlook.com account.
2. Click on Junk on the left pane.
3. Check to see if the missing mail is in this folder.
4. If you see any messages that should have been delivered to the Inbox, click the Not Junk.
Check your Blocked sender list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Blocked senders.
5. In the Blocked senders list, select the name or domain (the part of an e-mail address that follows the @ sign, such as outlook.com) that you want to receive emails from.
6. Click << Remove from list.
Add the email address to your Safe senders list
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon .
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Under "Preventing junk email", click Safe and blocked senders.
4. Click Safe Senders.
5. In the text box, type in the email address or domain you'd like to always receive emails from.
6. Click Add to list >>.
Check your Email Rules
1. From your Inbox, click the cog icon.
2. Select More Mail Options .
3. Click Rules for sorting new messages under "Customizing Outlook".
2. Perform one of the actions as per your requirement:
Click Edit next to the rule that you want to edit.
Or
Choose the rule that you want to delete and click Delete.

Recently you switch Hotmail to Outlook. Since then I can't have no more web, All is block and I Wonder why? What have I done wrong? Please I need help.

I think no any issue create because all function is same and i also used hotmail to outlook email used and also new version available. Or no change ID or password, just change look or services, but function is same. If you have problem link not open email not sent mail, account related issue, setting issue, or browsing issue just go to outlook help and search you own problem, there step by step problem solved or contact hotmail technician.

You are not clear what is eject problems. Just i gas and share, i hope solved your problems.

When i try to open inbox nothing happens.in the address box done but with error on page appears. always loading updates remains active.this happens only on my pc. from other pc i can see inbox messages.


Have you just updated your email from Classic to the NEW Yahoo Mail? If yes, just revert back to classic as there have been some user's having the same problem as yours. Just click the link on the upper right corner (beside the Sign Out link) of your yahoo mail's window. Additionally, if you urgently wanted to open your yahoo mail, you can go to http://wap.yahoo.com. Click the Mail link on the upper right corner and sign in from there. If you need further help, please dont hesitate to ask.

My yahoo mail shortcut on my desktop takes me directly to my inbox. When I click on it I get a constantly flashing screen that goes from inbox to a blank screen, inbox blank screen at a rate of about 1...


You may have saved the short cut without the User Name and Password typed in your Yahoo Email Log On page. (And it's unable to log on).

Try creating a new short cut and make sure that info is included on the short cut icon.

When i log on it does not show the inbox its like a blank page


If this problem never happened before, you may try optimizing your Internet browser by clearing the Cookies, History and Internet Files. To do this, please follow the steps below:

* For Internet Explorer:
1. Run IE > Tools > Internet Options.
2. Locate the Browsing History portion and click the Delete button.
3. Delete the Cookies, Temporary Internet Files and History
4. Click on OK > close the IE.
5. Re-open IE > try accessing your Yahoo e-mail again.

* For Mozilla Firefox:
1. Run Firefox > Tools > Clear Recent History...
2. Click the drop-down arrow > select 'Everything'
3. Click on 'Clear Now' > close the Firefox.
4. Re-open Firefox > access your Yahoo mail.

Email messages do not appear in inbox on Blackberry Storm


Dear Vbcarroll,

on your blackberry go in main menu- options- advance options- default services. if you have enterprise mail account setup with personal mail account, it can be the case that at the moment it is showing as desktop services but when you are in there click on main menu and change options to other mailbox which is in your case personal mail account.

that way in inbox you will receive both emails and you can see all together.

but as far as i know, I haven't setup personal account on my blackberry but i believe within main menu you get created another icon like mobile mailbox and where your personal mailbox emails are coming in. if option one doesn't work then please try to look for this new created icon within main menu.

update me if none of them are working or any other problem.
