Question about Sony Video Cameras
When the surrounding temperature is extremely low then the dew sensor kicks in and displays a warning. If ignored then this warning can damage the camera as you have seen. Keep it plugged in and leave it like that for half an hour(in a warm place) and see if the error clears itself.
