Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
It sounds like a polariser lens has failed, if so it may be cheaper to purchase a new projector than have it repaired.
Hope I was of assistance to you

In the first instance:
Adjust focus of the projector.
Make sure a projection screen is at least 4.1' (1.2m) from the projector.
Check Projection Lens to see if it needs cleaning.
NOTE : Moving a projector from a cool temperature location to a warm temperature location
may result in moisture condensation on Projection Lens. In such an event, leave a
projector OFF and wait until condensation disappears.
