Question about ASUS P4S8X-X Motherboard
For that open cpu cabinet.then reconnect both connection to harddrive. Reattach RAM memory . then when you power up the computer press F1 or F2 or del or ALT+F2 then you can see bios setup make sure harddrive is recognized then save settings and exit. If your harddrive is recognize and still not able to load windows then you need reinstall windows with repair option with windows disk . Also try to run computer in safe mode for that when you power up the computer press F8 key 5 to 6 times then you can see safe mode and other menu then enter in safe mode then go to start menu->run type in run "chkdsk /r" without "" then press "y" then restart computer then it will fix and recovers errors on harddrive.
