Question about D-Link ADSL2/2+ Modem/Wireless Router 4-Port Switch, 802.11g, QoS (DSL-2640B)
Configure your router with below method then all messup will be fixed. Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. Then click on WAn settings and set wan settings as internet service provider settings. Then click on wireless settings then enable wifi also enter SSID name and enable broad cast turn on wifi . If you want to secure wifi then enable WEP in wireless security .Enter code it is your password to connect wifi. Then connect internet cable to WAN port then you can use internet with it.
