Welcome to Fixya. This is a known issue a HDMI problem or connection problem. You can try the steps below and see if it will fix the problem
- Unplug and plug in after few minutes, say 30 minutes. Check if that would fix the problem.
- Make sure all the Connections are well secured.
- If doesnt work try to change the cable and see if it will be able to fix the problem.
If your using a Player
- make sure that the red, green, and blue ports on the DVD player connected to the yellow, red and white port on the TV.
