Question about Televison & Video
It would seem that you posted twice.
Below is the copy of my response to your other post.
Some DVD players that has a built-in RF Modulator would normally use either Channel 3 or 4.
Most do not and uses Audio/Video OUT and therefore must not be on any channel but on VIDEO. Chances are you have to hooked up the DVD using Audio/Video with the RCA cables (yellow, red & white). The TV must be set to Video IN not TV Tuner/Channel. Additionally some TVs can only accept a mono audio input while your DVD's audio output is stereo. A quick and dirty way out is to use an adapter shown below to convert the stereo to mono. Additionally, some other TV's Audio/Video inputs are on the front panel.
Alternately, if the front panel Audio/Video connector is already being used by another device, an RF modulator may be used and this time your TV has to be switched to a channel prescribed by the RF modulator. A fine example is one from RadioShack.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
