My printer WILL NOT PRINT! Supposedly because this printer is NOT compatible with the Microsoft Office Word 2010. It WILL PRINT Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010. I'm having problems with this answer. Microsoft claims there is a problem with my printer, however I find that is NOT the issue. Does anyone out there have an answer?

If the computer is able to print from power point not able to print from word. The problem could be either because of the printer driver or the office application.

Try printing directly from microsoft word and check if the same works .Just make the quick print and then see that it is printing or not. For the quick printing just right click on the word document and then select the print option from the context menu. This will print the page immediately.

If the same doesnot work try disabling the print spooler service(this stored pages in the computer before sending it to print )

Alternatively if you are still online , i can remotely connect to your computer to check if all the settings are fine
