The machine does have a network card on the back. If there is no connection, a bad board may cause this problem.
Make sure your software is loaded correctly and check the parameters, settings, network settings.
If the software needs to be loaded on the machine a service call needs to be loaded by the service representative.

This problem can also be a complicated one for a end user to resolve. Their is a boot up sequence that needs to be followed by the software load on the machine.

There is the: IOT/ UI, IIT, and ESS boot up. If one of these are not working correctly, malfuntions can occur.

This would require one who is trained to further service this machine. Place a service call for safe service repaire.

My HP LaserJet CP4025 has a device failure screen and error code 49.FF03 what does this mean? It will not do anything.

The first course of action with any 49 error is to get the newest firmware installed, if the machine will come to a ready state. Unplug any USB or network cables and power cycle the printer. If it comes to ready, check any computers configured to print to ensure that no stale print jobs are stored in any print queues. (this is an important step, double check that all workstations are cleared). Once you are sure you have all queues cleared, plug the network or USB cable back in and see if printer stays are ready. If it does, go to HP.com and download the current easy firmware installation file for the 4025 and follow the instructions to update the firmware. If the machine will not come to ready even with network/usb cables disconnected then you may have a bad formatter or faulty memory on the formatter.

UI/NC CABLE FAILURE RESET THE MACHINE CODE IN WORKCENTRE 7675

Your error is either a disconnected cable or a bad cable.

Xerox refers to the Operator Panel as the "UI"or User Interface, and the "NC" as the Network Controller. The cable you probably need to check or replace is 117K37660, coming out of the Operator panel back to the copier.

I use to have netgear16 for my wireless I returned it and got a verizon wireless router and I can't get my printer to print it keeps telling me I'm offline and I think it's because it's still connecte

Not quite sure we got the complete message there- but here goes., You've recently changed routers and now your networked printer is no longer connecting to the network.
1.) remove the driver from your Pc
2.) turn on printer- when ready press menu button , use the arrow keys to navigate and the print switch for enter - select SETUP, then I/O connections/networking, then select Auto-IP enabled, Boot DHCP.
3.) turn off the printer, wait 10 seconds, turn on the printer allow to come to ready
4.)n reinstall the driver, it should search automatically for the printer.

What do you mean by "When I reboot without the ethernet cable it boots u......?" It boot ok and the flashing orange light, stop? Try using a local USB connection to a nearby computer and see if it works.

I have an HP 4000N printer that is showing an E10 error. Can you advise what the problem is? Thank you.

EIO Error: Has to due with the additional card or hard drive on the back of the printer. If it's a networked based printer try the following:
Power off machine and unplug power cord.
Remove the network card from the EIO slot
Remove the cover from the other EIO slot (either below or above) and insert the card into that slot.
Power machine back on, see if error comes back.

If error is still present:
- Remove the card turn machine back on and see if the displays comes to ready.
If machine does come to a ready state than I would recommend:
- Replace the Network Card

If after replacement of card and attempted both EIO slots. Then you will need to replace the formatter.

Hope this helps!

Canon ir2570cl cannot boot

When you say it is not bootting up, are you getting a error code at the bottom of the display? Could it be 601-001 or 602-001? If so, you need a new hard drive. That is if it never comes to ready.

Canon MF4370dn Network Multifunction Laser Networking setup prob

I never figured out how to reset the machine but I figured out what I messed up on. I accidentally toggled the MAC address RX Auto to off. This means you must specify the MAC address of the machine you want to access it. This is why my computer could not find the printer. I went into the settings on the machine and changed it to auto and it works great.

PRINTER TO WIRELESS LAPTOP

Hello,

If you have a network ready printer then you can simply attach the printer to your router and install it on your laptop. If you have a standard printer that is not network ready you would need to install it on a desktop or any other machine that is on your network and then set it up as a shared printer, by going to Control Panel - Printers, right clicking on the printer and select Sharing.

Hope that helps!
