First suggestion is to make sure it's clean and lubed properly with a good oil made for paintball.

Next is make sure you have a good battery. It doesn't take much of a voltage drop to affect performance.

Also, this marker needs a specific range of input pressure. Make sure you are using the proper tank that is either adjustable, or has an output pressure that is not higher than or lower than the recommended range for your marker.

Good luck!

Trigger problem on my Yugoslavian SKS rifle. when the bolt and carrier are locked in the firing position it pushes down the pin on the trigger group and the hammer will not fire. If you pull the bolt...

I'm having trouble visualizing which pin (firing pin???) you're talking about. How sure are you that the rifle has been reassembled correctly? Could you post a picture so we can see how it's assembled? One shot (no pun) of the assembled trigger group would be good, then another shot of the bolt & carrier.

Have a winchester 1906 pump .22lr, when the bolt is pumped back to cock the hammer, the hammer falls as the bolt is going back to battery. Now if I pull the hammer back to cock and then run the bolt the...

The cocking mechanism is not pushing the bolt back far enough to reach the purchase point of the hammer. I do not know if that model has any way to adjust the range of bolt travel, but it could likely be worn metal just barely falling short of the mark.

Can you find any noticable play in any parts between the cocking mechanism and the bolt?

Have you tried pushing the bolt itself back (inserting something in front of the bolt and push back) to see if you can make the hammer catch in that manner, to narrow the problem down to just the cocking mechanism?

You may need to have a reputable gunsmith look at it, which would also be much safer than trying to repair it yourself, as well as safer than trying to use it while in this unreliable state. If the hammer toches a round just a little too hard before locked in fully chambered position, you could blow out the extractor pin or even worse, as I'm sure you could imagine.

Motorcycle sputters and has trouble starting

My guess would be you had water in the fuel. going up the hill put the water in the floatbowls right in the pickups for the carbs and going down pulled the water away.

Mossberg 88. after closing the bolt, sometimes the gun will not fire.. It makes a dull thud.. the gun is old but only got it out of the box this year and has about 250 rounds shot thru it.. It seems if...

Weak main spring. It's the back-most pin in the trigger group. The spring isn't moving fast enough to get the hammer past the half **** notch on the hammer. It's catching the sear. In a pinch, you can just jerk the trigger extra stout, no hesitation. If you have a decent stone, you can stone off the half **** notch on the hammer. The half **** is when you pull the trigger group out of the gun and hold the hammer lightly as you pull the trigger. The spot where the hammer locks straight up and down is the half **** notch. Current hammers don't have the half ****'s simply not necessary. It was a redundant safety feature if the gun ever fell hard when cocked and chambered. It causes more probs than it fixes, though. You can replace your hammer with a new part....all of them fit including the Mossberg 500 lines....or you can stone the notch yourself....or you can replace the main spring. All will fix your prob.

Great gun, btw! I have one and love it!

How do you disengage the trigger, hammer. withour dry firing

If you are asking what I think you are, pull and hold the hammer back with your thumb (it is spring loaded so don't let it slip), squeeze the trigger and hold it depressed, "Slowly" EASE the hammer forward until it is back to it's original position, then release the trigger. I hope this answered your question.

I just bought the wolf 209 magnum and trying to get familiar with it but the hammer when pulled back and fired does not hit the firing pin it's like there is something stopping it right before.. is there...

most all guns made now with a hammer use the transfer bar system for safety to make sure that it will not fire unless the trigger is pulled. **** the hammer and hold it back while you pull the trigger. You should see a flat bar move up and position itself between the hammer and the firing pin and this transfers the force from the hammer to the firing pin. If you do not see this happen then you need to take it to a gunsmith and get it repaired. hope this helps you.
