Question about Wagner Dual - Temperature Heat Gun

What kind of screw driver do I need to open the casing? All but one of the screws are standard phillips head. The odd one almost looks like a hex screw head with a filled in middle. Anybody know what it is?

How do I remove the stand to put my LT19C300 Samsung on the wall

Look for holes in the back of the TV just above the stand. There are screws in those holes that hold the stand on. Shine a light in one to see what kind of fastener it uses. Some are phillips head screws, some use hex head screws. Locate the tool necessary to remove the screws and take all of them out. Have someone help you hold the stand while you lift the TV off the stand.

Graco pack play

Hi Carol, remove the fastener from the opposite side of the one that is missing and take it to a Home Depot or Lowes in your neighborhood. Some well stocked hardware stores may also be able to help. They have both metric and standard threaded screws and bolts and I believe the Graco uses metric. They have boards in the hardware department that should tell you which type you need.

It doesn't usually need to look the same to do the job but if they have nothing to help you out, you will at least know if it's standard (for example 10/24 x 1" which means the screw or bolt is size 10 with 24 threads per inch by 1 inch long) or metric (M5 x 0.8 x 1" which is the metric size closest to a 10/24 x 1") and the type of head, hex or bolt head or a screw driver head, Phillips or flat-bladed.

Armed with that information you'll be able to locate the exact replacement from hardware providers on the internet.

(If the head is unusual, take a picture)

Hope this helps,

What is a t 45 sockett

The T stands for TORX
The 45 is the size

Torx are a type of fastner

Something like a Phillips Head Screw, but a different shape

To work on todays vehicles, you need T 15 thru T 50 Torx
socket drivers & also screw driver handle type torx

Also you need 5mm thru 10mm Metric Hex Drivers also

The torx are for removing lamp housings etc to change the
tail lights, and pretty much anything, not have a metric bolt with a hex head

How do you remove chuck?

open the jaws-remove any bit and look down inside-you'll see either a hex or phillips head screw. It will likely be left hand threads so be careful. It should come right off but you might need to lightly pry it off.

Honeywell fans

There are actually *NOT* 6 phillips screws. There are 4 in an "X" fashion (at 2, 4, 6, and 12 o clock). The last two at 12 and 6 are HEX heads.
The space is *VERY* tight, so you may want to choose a small screwdriver of the correct type, lest you strip the screw completely (like I've just done) and find yourself with a fan-sized hole in your wall.

Also, it may have just been my fan, but if the phillips screws don't come out all the way (like just a little), take a flathead and push *up* from the bottom while you unscrew it. Or you could get lucky and knock them out with a few, well-placed palm strikes.

Broken on-off switch on Rio 600

They are Hex head screws. You need a small (1.3MM or .050) Hex head bit or Allen wrench. After removing the two screws the case will split. However the problem I'm having is figuring out how to re-attach the switch. It's a very odd connection.
