5 Vertical Black Lines

Increasing Vs from minimum of where it was set fixed my inverted image problem. Now colors are correct - Thank You! But TV has about 5 vertical bars down the set. One bigger one on the left, several 3 pixel wide ones on the right. The bars have multi colored snow like texture. Already reseated connections but no improvement. Banged around on back and wiggled connections with no change. The smaller ones will show an image sometimes through strip but the big one doesn't. Would love to fix it for it has a nice picture behind the bars. Any Ideas?
