Beeping on start up

Your motherboard has 64Mb built-in RAM and the video card needs some video RAM and has grabbed 8Mb of RAM which leaves the system with 56Mb of RAM. When you insert a 64Mb RAM module you have a total of 128Mb of which the video has grabbed 8Mb which leaves the system with 120Mb.
You can't change stop the video card from grabbing 8Mb of RAM, the RAM is essential for the video to work.
You can upgrade the RAM by removing the 64Mb RAM module and insert a 128Mb or 256Mb RAM module. You may even be able to insert a 512Mb RAM module if the motherboard will accept it, you need to check the specification of your laptop to see the maximum amount of RAM the laptop can handle.

On board video won't run at 512mb's only 8mb cmos setting forvideo

Onboard Graphics usualy share the ram on the motherboard. If you don't have 512mb in the machine your not going to get the setting you want. Try installing at least 1gb of ram first.
