Hi,
Your system has been corrupted because of possible Trojan or virus attack.
There is only one problem to this solution. You will have to re-format the windows. And after formatting, immediately install an antivirus software.
This problem can only be solved by formatting as the virus has entered into windows registry.

Thanks for using Fixya.
Good luck and have a nice day.

If you have the CD of Windows then insert it into your CD- drive. And follow the steps after reading all the windows that come after you run the Cd.

Note:- All the data on your desktop and C: drve will get erased.

If you have any other difficulty just reply which operating system you have like windows xp, vista etc.

Once again follow these steps to format the windows XP.(Only if windows XP is not working)

    1
Here it is especially important to backup all of your important information because upon formatting you will lose EVERYTHING that used to be on the drive. This includes all applications and device drivers, so you must back up everything you can.

    2
Insert your Windows XP installation disc into your CD drive (Home or Pro--it does not matter).

    3
Now as you computer boots a little more it will say "Press any key to boot from CD.." press a key to do so.

    4
The CD will load up a blue screen and then spend a while loading files it needs. When it is finished it will list a few options, mainly "Press ENTER to set up Windows XP." Press Enter or Return.

    5
Now you will be at a screen to select where to install Windows to. This is where you can delete old partitions and format drives. The box in the bottom half of the screen shows all your drives and the partitions that exist on them. Use the Up and Down arrow keys to highlight your "C:" partition and press the 'D' key (if all that shows up is "Unpartitioned space" and you have no C: or D: partitions, skip this ). On the next screen press the 'L' key to finalize deleting the partition.

    6
Now you are back on the screen to choose where to install Windows. The box on the lower half of the screen should no longer show a partition but simply have an entry "Unpartitioned space xxxxxMB." Select this with the arrow keys and press the 'C' key to create a partition on the drive. The next screen tells you the minimum and maximum sizes the partition can be and lets you pick the size. The default size is the maximum, but double check that the number entered is the maximum and hit enter.

    7
Now you will again be back at the choose where to install Windows screen. But this time you will have a partition that looks something like this "C: Partition1 [New (Raw)]xxxxxxMB." Highlight this entry and press enter.

    8
The next screen lets you choose which file system to format the drive with. Choose NTFS as it is faster and more secure. If the drive is brand new and has never been used before then use one of the options that ends in "(Quick)." Or, choose one of the lower down options. Use the arrow keys to select the proper one and press Enter or Return.

    9
From here you are all set and the installation of Windows will proceed starting with a format of your drive. This will take a while (over half an hour) so you can take a little break.

Or you can visit this Link to see the steps

Also the messenger installer that you had been also corrupted. So download it from this Link once again and you have to install it once again.

Hello. I recently bought a new motherboard, fmb-0703; and windows will not load. It starts, but does not fully load. I'm running windows 7 pro 32 bit. Bios boots, every works except windows

I could be a couple of things. If it is not loading correctly More than likely something to do with memory either motherboard ram or video ram. try a live boot cd and see if it loads like hirams boot cd with live windows. it is free. also you can the motherboard and ram and hard drive the the live cd to pinpoint hardware problems. just a thought. good luck.

How to Fix Windows Slow Boot

It often happens that Windows boots slow. This can happen due to a number of reasons such as the presence of too many start up programs. However, the major cause of such boot delays is the registry corruption in Windows. Whatever the cause, the Windows slow boot is intolerable and there must be done something to fix it. Here you will find simple techniques which are tested in PCs around the world.

Step-1: Repair and Clean Windows Registry

You might not be aware that there is something very important inside the Windows. And due to the corruption in this internal component of the operating system, we experience Windows slow boot. The element which is referred here is the Windows Registry which contains information about all computer programs including the boot sector programs and services.
In order to have a quick Windows boot there must not be any corruption in the Windows registry entries. The best way to speed up a slow booting Windows is to use some authentic PC optimizer and registry cleaning tool.

Step-2: Reduce Start Up Items

Whether you are using Windows 7, Vista or XP, you must have some programs in your computer that start with the Windows start up. Sometimes too many programs running in background result in Windows slow boot. You can disable these programs through a start up manager tool in the PC optimizer software. Although there is a way to disable such programs through the "msconfig" function in the Windows but it is not recommended for all types of users since they can mistakenly disable the important Windows services necessary to run the entire system.

Step-3: Run An AntiVirus/AntiMalware Scan

Although not all boot problems are caused by the viruses or malwares but it is wise to run scans through these security softwares. However, it must be kept in mind that the registry repairing scan must be run prior to such scans for the best results to fix Windows slow boot.

The above guidelines will surely help you to make Windows boot faster. If you are looking for a complete PC Optimizer and Registry Cleaner software for a quick fix of your problem then it is highly recommended you run the Intel Software Partner, RegInOut scan here to fix > Windows Slow Boot.

Windows has detected a problem in my hard disk... and it's telling me to back up my files... Is my hard disk going to stop working??? solution plzzzzzz..

maybe there is a chance for that. if your windows is too old or if infected by virus sometimes it says like this. running a boot time virus scan, formatting and reinstalling windows may help you if this is just a software fault. else expect something worse.

Can i convert a 32 bit to a 64 bit

You can use the Upgrade option during Windows 7 installation, which preserves your files, settings, and programs, only if you're currently running a 32-bit version of Windows Vista and you want to upgrade to the 32-bit version of Windows 7. Similarly, if you are running a 64-bit version of Windows Vista, you can only perform an upgrade to a 64-bit version of Windows 7. For more information, go to Upgrading to Windows 7: frequently asked questions on the Windows website.
If you want to move from a 32-bit version of Windows to a 64-bit version of Windows 7 or vice versa, you'll need to back up your files and choose the Custom option during Windows 7 installation. Then, you'll need to restore your files and reinstall your programs. For more information about performing a custom installation, see Installing and reinstalling Windows 7‍.
gl_ico.png Notes
  • To install a 64-bit version of Windows 7 on a computer running a 32-bit version of Windows, you'll need to start, or boot, your computer using a 64-bit Windows 7 installation disc or files.
  • If you start your computer using a 64-bit Windows 7 installation disc or files, but your computer isn't capable of running a 64-bit version of Windows, you'll see a Windows Boot Manager error. You'll need to use a 32-bit Windows 7 installation disc or files instead.
  • Windows Easy Transfer can't transfer files from a 64-bit version of Windows to a 32-bit version of Windows. If you're running a 64-bit version of Windows Vista but you plan to install a 32-bit version of Windows 7, you can move your files to an external location manually or use Backup and Restore in Windows Vista. For more information, go to Back up your files and

I'm trying to upgrade from 64-bit Vista to 64 bit Windows 7. When I run the installation disk, I'm getting the following error message, which appears to be contradictory in my opinion:...

I have seen this type of problem before, the only real way around it is to install a fresh copy of windows 7 not to upgrade, you will receive a message that asks you if you want to keep the previous windows in a folder called old windows, from there you will be able to access all your old files and programs, be aware though some programs may not work on windows 7, and you may need to have updated drivers for the systems peripherals. So when you run the windows 7 disk choose clean install and go from there. i hope this helps

if it worked when you changed capacitors only once and then broke again it might be frying them or something like that. I assume you have tried resetting CMOS and reseting your bios settings to default? the last thing to try would be a reformat. but this board has had a long life and if you can afford it i would just update.

My computer is really slow i noticed i bought an AMD64 but it says my processor is 32 not 64 y

yes i agree with shadowpr, the 32 refers to 32 bit, you may need to run a spyware and virus scan in safe mode (press F8 on start up and highlight start windows in safe mode) or maybe you are low on memory, especially if you are running Vista as sometimes it can be working hard for 5 minutes on boot up causing your system to slow up.

Check what memory you have installed and upgrade if no viruses or spyware are found

Dell E510 desktop

Hi Asif,
Did you install there something new on it? Maybe could help to push the F8 key after POST (just after the DELL logo disappeared and before Windows logo would appear) and choose to start with last configuration which worked. If this doesn't help then after F8 choose to start in Safe Mode and uninstall the failing application after you log into Windows.
