Question about Nokia 6303 Cell Phone
If you have purchase a mobile phone from a particulat mobile phone provider and inserted a SIM card from a different mobile phone provider and when the mobile phone is switched on, it asks for a restriction code, it means this mobile phone is locked to the original mobile phone provider. To use the mobile with a different SIM card you need to enter this code to unlock the mobile so it can be used with any SIM card.
