Question about General Electric WHDSR209DWW Top Load Washer
You just remove the bottom cover of the washing machine, then you can see the assembly of motor, belt and pully. check that among these parts are damaged, jammed or not. If everything is normal there is the possibility of damage to the electrical circuit. there is no power to the motor.
