it seem your system has been infected with virus, will have to install your OS freshly, you can do it without formatting . just install directly using a Vista CD. good luck

SOURCE: Hi I have an Acer
There are options to do this but the easiest way I have done this on other computer people bring me with passwords installed to open the BIOS and they cannot remember it. I have to undo underneath the lap top the covers open them up and find the CMOS battery and remove it for about 20 minutes. This will reset the BIOS without having to use a password.
There are also some jumpers for these lap tops you can move to reset if the battery is soldered in just take a bare wire on each end and short the battery with just a touch of the wire on both ends of the CMOS battery just for a second and that is it. Restart the computer press F2 or F1 or Delete at the startup this should bring you to the BIOS. Set the boot to CD or DVD Rom as the first boot then the hard disk as the second.
Now there are several free software programs that will find the BIOS password or reset it for you. I use this one, click here it is free it is an .iso image you will need to have iso burning software I use the free xpburner software and select the option to burn iso images. Click Here
So I would proceed with download the xpburner then download the .iso from the recommended link above then insert the disk and follow directions. The issue should be solved with all this information. Keep this for future reference in case this happens to you again or someone you know has an issue with this. Thanks for using FixYa! please comment if I assisted you in anyway. John
